The problem

Real estate is a relationship business, but remembering all the details to facilitate those relationships takes a lot of brain power. Before you can have that hour-long conversation, you're digging through old notes, searching texts, and checking the last update in your CRM just to remember where things stand. A one-hour conversation quietly turns into a 90-minute ordeal.

Being prepared is what grows your business. It's what sets you apart from the competition — you know not just what your clients need practically, but also the details of their life that build an exceptional relationship. The problem is everything it takes to get there: the time, effort, and energy spent chasing that context before you can show up ready.

Enter Ask Remy

With Ask Remy, all the context you need to deliver a great client experience is right at your fingertips.

Remember the party scene in The Devil Wears Prada? Meryl Streep glides through a room full of people she's supposed to know everything about, and the whole time, Anne Hathaway is in her ear. Who she's about to talk to. What happened last time they spoke. What they care about, what they need to hear next. Meryl Streep never breaks stride. She always looks three steps ahead, because someone made sure she was.

Ask Remy is that voice in your ear. Before you walk up to someone, before a call even starts, it's already pulled the context, so you know what they need and remember what matters to them. Think of it as your own Anne Hathaway in your pocket, prepping you for whatever comes next.

What Ask Remy Can Do

Walk into every call ready.

One ask gets you a full prep card: open questions, a personal detail from real history, and a summary of your last conversation.

"Get me ready for my call with Linda."

Search every conversation you've ever had.

Search across your full call and text history — Remy finds the right moment even if you don't remember the exact wording.

"What did Jenny say about her budget?"

See who needs you.

Ask who's gone quiet or who still needs a reply, and Remy surfaces it — no more re-reading every thread to check.

"Who haven't I followed up with this week?"

Draft the follow-up, you send it.

Remy writes a text grounded in your real history with that contact. You review it, tap Send, and it's out — Remy never sends anything on its own.

"Draft a follow-up to the Garcias about the inspection."

Remember things once.

Tell Remy a preference or fact and it sticks — capture details in real time.

"Remember the Garcias prefer evening calls."

Catch up in one glance.

Ask what happened today or this week and get your activity grouped by contact, with suggested next steps.

"Catch me up on today."

How it works

  1. Open Ask Remy from the bottom navigation in your Remy app.

  2. Type what you need, in plain language — no commands, no menus to learn.

  3. Remy answers instantly, pulling only from what's flowed through Remy, and shows it as something useful: a contact card, a call prep sheet, a draft text — not a wall of text.

  4. You stay in control. Anything that changes something in the real world, like sending a text, waits for your explicit tap. Nothing goes out without you.

A Day in the Life with Remy

Meet Rachel, a real estate agent with a full calendar and a phone full of names she needs to keep straight. Here's what her day looks like with Ask Remy in her pocket.

8:15 AM — Coffee, then check-ins

Yesterday afternoon, while Rachel was out running an open house, her assistant updated the Johnsons' file in their CRM: their sale just went into escrow, and since they're first-time sellers, a note went in to call and check in about the process. Because Rachel's Remy is connected to her CRM, Remy has this note already.

Before Rachel even opens her email, she opens Ask Remy.

"Who needs follow up this week?"

Remy surfaces the Johnsons' note right alongside three contacts who've gone quiet — including the Andersons, who haven't replied in nine days. Rachel doesn't have to scroll back through the thread or dig through the CRM to see what her assistant logged — Remy already has all of it. She wants to check in with the Andersons first, see if she can get that deal moving again, so she asks:

"Draft a check-in text to the Andersons."

Remy writes a short, warm follow-up grounded in their last conversation. Rachel reads it, taps Send, then does the same for the other two contacts Remy flagged. Then she picks up the phone to check in on the Jhonsons. All four check-ins are out the door in a few minutes — before her coffee's even gone cold.

11:00 AM — Walking into a call prepared

Rachel has a call booked with a buyer she hasn't spoken to in two weeks. Instead of scrolling back through old texts, she asks:

"Get me ready for my call with Marcus."

Remy hands her a prep card: the open questions still on the table, a personal detail from their last conversation, and a quick summary of where things stand. Tucked into that history is something Marcus mentioned months ago — an upcoming trip to France. Rachel opens with it, asking how the trip went, and it's a real Anne Hathaway moment. Marcus is caught off guard that she remembered — she remembers me, I matter to her, he thinks — and a personal connection clicks into place, instantly. He picks the search back up with her, re-energized.

2:00 PM — A showing that isn't quite right

Rachel is walking the Jones family through a listing on Maple Street when Mrs. Jones mentions, almost in passing, that the yard feels tight for four kids and they'd love to be closer to a park. Rachel catches it right away. Still in the backyard, kids running around behind her, she opens her App and sends a quick note to Remy:

"Remember that the Jones family needs to be walking distance to a park, and wants at least a quarter-acre lot."

She tells Remy in the moment, before it slips her mind. Next time she looks up the Joneses, or preps for a call with them, the detail's just there, waiting.

5:00 pm - End of day

Rachel happily closes her laptop and heads home to pick her youngest up from soccer practice. In the old days, before Remy, she'd have had to come back to it all later that night — sitting down at 9:00 PM once the kids were in bed to type up her notes, update her task list, and update the CRM. Now, all of that happens automatically. Rachel gets to actually enjoy her evening, knowing Remy has her back and she's already prepped to tackle tomorrow.

With Ask Remy, you get all the upside of thorough prep, tracked details, and one-tap follow-ups — without putting in the admin hours. Remy's there helping you show up for your clients, every time. Because who doesn't want someone in their corner?
