Effective Date: July 31, 2025
The RemyAI platform, including our websites https://remyai.app, https://www.getremy.ai/en, any related subdomains, and our mobile applications (the “App”), as well as all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), is operated by Nomad Technologies France SAS and its affiliated companies (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating a User Account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
1. Definitions
Application / App:
The mobile application “RemyAI,” available on Apple App Store and Google Play.
Platform:
The SaaS platform operated by the Company, including its software, websites, content, and features.
Services:
All features available via the Platform, including recording and transcription of conversations, AI-powered summaries, messaging, and contact/property management.
User Account:
The account created to access the Services.
User / You:
A real estate professional or authorized team member using the Platform.
Privacy Policy:
The RemyAI U.S. Privacy Policy that governs the collection and use of personal information.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be a real estate professional or an authorized user;
Have a device with an internet connection;
Create a User Account;
Not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or competitive purpose.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your User Account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify us at contact@getremy.ai.
5. Services and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Services
Key features of the Platform include:
Chats: Centralized communication via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Contacts: Management of client contact information.
Properties: Listing and managing real estate properties.
Calls: Recording and transcription of calls, with AI-generated summaries and follow-up recommendations.
The Company may add, modify, or remove features at its discretion.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Record any call or communication without the consent required by applicable federal or state laws;
Use the Platform to violate privacy, wiretap, or consumer protection laws;
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
Use the Platform to spam, scrape, or harass third parties.
You are solely responsible for compliance with U.S. state and federal call recording, messaging, and consent laws.
6. User Communications & Compliance Responsibilities
The Platform enables Users (“Agents”) to communicate with their own contacts via phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
Informing your contacts that they may be contacted by you via calls or messages using the RemyAI Platform;
Obtaining, documenting, and maintaining all legally required consents, opt-ins, and permissions under applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, A2P messaging requirements, and state privacy or consumer protection laws;
Ensuring that all communications sent through the Platform are lawful, appropriate, and compliant with applicable regulations.
The Company acts solely as a technology service provider and does not initiate, control, or determine the content, recipients, timing, or purpose of communications sent by Users through the Platform.
You agree that any failure to comply with communication, consent, or opt-in obligations is your sole responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any related claims, penalties, fines, or liabilities.
7. Termination, Cancellation, and Refunds
7.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Account. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
7.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds or credits are provided for cancellations made mid-month.
7.3 Annual Subscriptions
Your subscription remains active until the end of the prepaid annual term.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellation.
7.4 Company-Initiated Termination for Cause
If we terminate your account due to your breach of these Terms, you will not receive any refund.
7.5 Company-Initiated Termination for Convenience
If we terminate your account without cause, we may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period.
7.6 No Refund for Non-Use
Failure to use the Services after payment does not entitle you to any refund or credit.
8. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You may request deletion of your account by emailing contact@getremy.ai.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes, in accordance with our U.S. Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
“AS IS” Disclaimer: The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
Exclusion of Damages: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Liability Cap: The Company’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Compliance Risk Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording, messaging, privacy, and data usage.
Some states do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from:
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws;
Any claim related to call recording, consent, opt-in, or data collection;
Your misuse of the Platform or content you upload.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our U.S. Privacy Policy:

12. Service Availability and Force Majeure
We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content on the Platform belong to the Company or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for professional purposes only.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Class-Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, except for eligible small claims.
Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
16. RESPA Affiliate Disclosure
The Company may, from time to time, refer you to affiliated vendors and service providers, which may include but are not limited to mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, or other real estate-related services (collectively, “Affiliated Vendors”). Because of these relationships, referrals may provide the Company with a financial benefit. The list of Affiliated Vendors may change over time.
You are under no obligation to use any Affiliated Vendor. There are other service providers available for similar services, and you are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and the most competitive rates for your needs.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this disclosure and understand that the Company may refer you to Affiliated Vendors but that you are not required to utilize their services.

Entire Agreement & Survival
These Terms constitute the entire agreement for U.S. users. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law survive termination.
